MUST DO IN PLAYA!!! Fun, exciting and classy. We had the time of our life. The crew was so friendly and attentive. The water was so blue and beautiful. A great opportunity to take some amazing pictures. We bought a case to take our phone underwater for the snorkeling. The fish came right up to you. I would recommend them to everyone. It was a great way to end our trip to Cancun. We all flew down to Playa from different parts of the world to celebrate our friend's birthday and we were looking for something different to do than just a birthday dinner. Yes, there’s a $20 per person marina fee, payable in cash before departure to avoid credit card fees.
Yes, we provide life jackets for everyone ages 6 years and up.
Yes. Just note that you are fully responsible for your kids and must keep watch of them at all times. Safety is our number one priority so we ask you to be extremely vigilant of the safety of your children if they are coming onboard.
When reserving your tour please let us if you or any of your guests have any dietary restrictions and we will be happy to try and accommodate!
The deposit is a non-refundable deposit unless the tour is cancelled due to severe weather conditions. We will do our best reschedule weather related cancellations otherwise we guarentee 100% of your money back.
Gratuity isn’t included but is always appreciated. A standard tip for the crew is 10–20% of the charter fee.
We’ll do our best to stick to calm waters. If you're prone to motion sickness, we recommend taking one Dramamine (check with your doctor first) and avoiding too much alcohol, as the combo can make symptoms worse.
